Add your review The rooms were lovely and a very handy location. Unfortunately we had cause to complain on the second day of our stay because there wasn't any hot water for us to shower in the morning. The owners response was not to apologise and try to remedy the situation and keep their customers happy but to shout at us and say we should have showered earlier. When we suggested a £5 discount as a goodwill gesture we were met with a very aggressive attitude and a threat to call the police if we didn't 'pay now and get out'. Not a great end to what had been a lovely weekend.
