Good Points: excellent breakfast (particularly in comparison with the last 2-3 hotels I visited in London in the last 4 months); bathroom quite recently refurbished; very close to tube station Bad Points: small small room; TV remote control not working; lamp beside my bed not working; stairs between first and second floor leaning on the outer side; very narrow sash window's opening

Good Points: Always good value for money, clean, comfortable and very helpful staff Bad Points: Cramped breakfast room, no lift but not a problem if you are aware General review: Excellent will definately stay again

Good Points: Bathroom was nice and room was well cleaned and tidied every day. Bad Points: Struggled with suitcase on narrow stair. General review: Clean tidy and good value for money.Well situated for Tube.

What a wonderful hotel. Was made to feel very welcome and the standard of attention to our needs and their hospitality was 1st class. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will definitely stay there again.
