I used to frequent this restaurant with my wife and 2 boys when it was run by 3 brothers a couple of years ago. It was worth going for the burgers, with chips that were to die for. Sadly, the restaurant started to go down hill, and we stopped going. I have just visited the restaurant having been caught out in a bad traffic jam. The food now is terrible. They made 2 attempts to cook me an egg with the burger. The first resembled an omelette, and the second had a thick skin on it. The chips (albeit a generous amount) were dry, oversalted, and simply not nice. The ambience has gone, and the service is indifferent. To make things worse, the price is more expensive than another establishment just up the road that do a fantastic burger. I will not be returning to Bluefire. I would suggest you avoid.
