Good Points: Clean room, comfortable, well equipped.
Bad Points: he waiting staff were aggressive and even rude - I was greeted at breakfast on both days by a terse "For how many?" (meaning a table for how many). No "Good morning", no welcome at all. The staff appeared to find guests a nuisance. Also the same staff then had to move us to the lounge (the restaurant was full) and gave every impression this was a big problem - and our fault. Also, like most hotel rooms, the room was way too hot. I'm sure you could save a fortune by turning down the heat a little.
General review: Good, apart from the waiting staff. I would perhaps stay again, but I would consider other hotels in the region for this reason, and before booking here again.

Good Points: We liked the warm atmosphere of the room and the toilet facilities are of good standard.
General review: We were more than pleasantly surprised at the quality and standard not only of the room, but of the hotel generally. The staff were helpful and the meal very well cooked and presented. If I have a complaint, it is that the bar does not have bitter on draught as I prefer bitter to lager, but then this is an unimportant remark.

V. disappointed with room. Executive room stated QUEEN size bed, and it was ordinary double. Did complain, but got nowhere, they aparently have had this complaint a lot. Beds are all double.
Lot of money for quite ordinary room.
Staff friendly, food lovely, grounds lovely. Had good time.
