originally we stopped going 2 the button mill at the begining of this year as in our opinion thought it had gone down hill. we decided 2 give it another try . now i wish we haddent . the pub its self inside looks pretty shabby and dingy yes they had patched up the mouldy bits which we had seen at the begining of the year. as for the food think my twelve tear old would do alot better very bland.there was not much 2 choose from of the main evening menu or the specials board so when we did finally choose and our starter came of tomatoe soup the spoon dint even touch the bootom and was sitting on top of wat they called soup. 2 me it was tomatoes wat was not not blended right bit of garlic thrown in and put in the microwave. main meals wasnt much better . very dissapointed and will not visit there while it goes under new managment.

Great food, wonderful atmosphere and reasonable prices. I make it a ritual to stop in every time I visit the UK
