Over the last two years since the death of my mother, I have gone through the worst time of my life, with depression and near alcaholism. I would like to place on record my very sincerest thanks to Doctors Alasadi and Anthwall, the practice nurses Maggie, Nichola and Nicky, the receptionists and all the back room staff for being there for me and helping me to get through what I can only describe as a living hell.
You have all been so extraordinarily caring and helpful and always reasuring. You all do a thankless job and your dedication to your duties is often taken forgranted by the public.
I can now positively say that thanks to you all, I have not smoked for the last 22 months and I no longer touch alcohol. You have helped me to turn my life around and for this, I am extremely grateful.
God bless all of you and thanks again for your help and support, without which, I doubt I would have recovered as well as I have.
Yours very sincerely,
John ..
