I have every faith in James Street Surgery. I find that if you ring at the correct times you will be given the best available appointment (usually within 48 hours)and find the Doctors, Nurses and Staff very helpful. After reading the other comment regarding appointments I disagree. The surgery have booking systems and times each day. If you follow them they work!!!

Dr Rusman is excellent unfortunately the booking system is apallling and you are lucky if you get an appointment without have to make dozens of phone calls
