I am a new patient at this surgery and was very dissatisfied with my last surgery as it was very large and I never saw the same doctor twice. I now usually see Dr. Jamal who is very thorough and really listens to what you have to say. I have also seen nurse Judith who is very nice, and like Dr Jamal is patient and thorough. The reception staff are also very polite, friendly and helpful and never make you feel like you are a nuisance! I have also managed to get appointments very quickly although sometimes the doctors are behind time.....but thats because they are taking thier time with other patients too! I am very satisfied with my new doctors!

Having been a patient @Fronks road surgery for many years, I can only give praise & admiration to all the Drs. nurses, reception staff. Nothing is too much trouble , 1st class care & attention at all times. Also the politeness, and the friendly welcome you get each time you attend. particually me who haYs had so many many visits this past year. Plus you don't feel like a number, the friendly nature of everyone is a pleasure to see.
