i have been a sawbridgeworth local all my life and this has been my doctors surgery ,in all the years that my family and i have been coming here there is nothing that i could possibly say stands out in my mind that i could complain about, yes sometimes it is hard to get an appointment in advance with the doctor of your choice but this is a town that is growing in population for a team of 5/6 doctors to get through as well as a day to day emergncy surgery , never once have i been turned down an emergency appointment for either myself or my children and on every occasion i have been fortunate enough to have recieved an accurate diagnosis with the appropriate medication , i have many friends who live in different areas that have similar problems as not being able to get an appointment with a certain doctor at a certain time but i think this is the case with things ranging from doctors and dentists to booking an mot for your car,in bishop stortford they have 3/4 surgerys that you have a choice of yet family members of mine have similar problems booking appointments in advance i think it is a general thing , i think that sometimes instead of thinking bad and complaining that people should realise just how lucky we are and think about all the good that doctors and nurses do on a day to day basis , all the negative things that are said seem to make people forget the positives !!

The service from this surgery is appalling, you have to book an appointment several weeks in advance, not really possible if it is for reasons of sickness. You can only have a short notice appointment (same day) if it is a matter of life or death. I cannot recommend them at all.
