My 9 year old boy had surgery on Friday he has to have his dressing changed everyday. Got it done at local walk in st weekend, but ge scratched ut in the night and dressings were bloody and wound exposed went to doctors at 7.50am to ask for help, practice nurse curtly told me no receptionist until 8.30 begged her to just listen she turned her back on me. Dr. Mussafer walked in I said good morning and asked for help he totally ignored me, I was now calling for help nurse came back in pointedly cut across in front of me and turned her back. The hospital had tried 3 tines to contact them to get appointments for dressing to be done, no answer. Everytime I told hospital my doctors name, they rolled their eyes. Enough said !
