I just cannot believe what I have just read in the previous two reviews.
I have always found all the admin. staff there most efficient, polite and helpful.
The doctors and nurses etc have all been super, I have found it quite easy to make appointments when required.
I can therfore only assume that the problems thought to have been faced by these two reviewers are really self motivated or self inflicted.

Well at least the answer the phone to you!
Nothing but problems with a really simple prescription which has been the same for the last 5 years. How they get it so wrong each time I don’t know.

This medical centre should surely win the prize for the rudest, most frustrating and simply patronising reception staff in the country. The doctors are brilliant if you can ever get passed the receptionists to make an appointment. Whenever I have phoned I have hung up feeling angry and frustrated and often without the appointment or help I needed. I can't wait to move out of my town to hopefully sign up with another surgery. Thank goodness I am not ill often.
