I WOULD LIKE TO EXPRESS HOW POLITE & COURTEOUS THE STAFF ARE AT MY SURGERY. THEY ALWAYS GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP & ASSIST YOU. I ALWAYS GET AN APPOINTMENT WHEN I CALL, I ALSO WOULD LIKE TO SAY A BIG THANKS TO THEM. WHEN I TRANSFERRED TO THIS GP SURGERY FROM MORDEN HALL CLINIC THEY IMMEDIATELY STOPPED ME TAKING THE CONTRACEPTIVE PILL AFTER READING MY HISTORY WITH CLOTTING PROBLEMS ETC WITHIN MY FAMILY. I WAS SENT A LETTER TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL TO SEE A BLOOD SPECIALIST. I HAVE QUITE A DEADLY PROBLEM WITH MY BLOOD (FACTOR 5 LEIDEN), SO REALLY THIS SURGERY HAVE SAVED MY LIFE. ALSO, THE RECEPTIONISTS ARE SO FRIENDLY, MY SON LOVES THEM. ALL THE DR'S A POLITE & PROFFESIONAL.
