Best rates for a Local Hotel

This is not a hotel, it's more of a motel. They had no record of our booking on arrival. We were in a room which had only one light, the holes for the bedside lights were stuffed with paper! The room was dirty especially the bathroom. Having paid for a breakfast we expected one, however no breakfast was provided and no one was around in the morning to speak to. Having complained after our visit we were told that no refund was available. It's run by people who have no clue about customer service. At £100 a night for two its daylight robbery.

Good Points: Clean, comfortable accommodation. Bad Points: The shower would not hold its temperature and the shower head sprayed in all directions. General Review: Although we had booked a room only, we were surprised to be told, when we booked in, that there would be no breakfast served on the morning of our departure. It was fortunate that we planned to depart before breakfast would have been served and to breakfast en-route.
