I called into the pharmacie to collect my husbands perscription which comes through once a month from Barrow. I waited 15 minutes to be served but the assistant could not find the perscription so I said I would call back at 4pm as I had to go to work.
At 4pm when I returned the perscrition had been found but was not made up. The assistant disappeared round the back. What concerns me is the fact that there were about 4 packets with labels left on the desk which I could of easily reached over and put in my bag and she wouldn't have known. This lack of security is not acceptable!
