I visit the business park regularly. Gettting in and out at rush is difficult. Be prepared to wait 15mins if leaving at 5pm. Parking is difficult too. If the business you are visiting has insufficient parking space, Don't park on the road. There is no signage to indicate that parking is prohibitted (private road) and according to the notice left on my car, you are likely to be clamped!
