iwas totally disgusted to go to the estee lauder counter to purchase 3 products there was nobody around and when somebody did appear i was told noone was serving on that counter today? i am contacting estee lauder about this.i always use boots for all my toiletries but may reconsider i am just amazed that over £100 worth of goods were turned away i do hope i hear from u about this matter
