I stayed at Malvern House recently. It has beautifully decorated rooms with good amenities. Had everything I could ask for, tea/coffee making facilities with biscuits, complimentary water bottle. Bathrooms had good quality hand wash and lotion. It was exceptionally clean. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Good value for money. Would definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends and family.

Good Points: The room was very nice; bathroom lovely (in fact it was more of a wet room but was very well designed - perhaps though because it was designed for the disabled to use but suited me just fine - gave me the space I like. Bad Points: I was not happy that there was no one there who could speak english. When I go into hotels in my own country I expect to be dealt with in my native tongue with come degree of competence. General review: Over priced for what was not really a hotel. It is a guest house and really only one step above being a B&B thus I would have thought it did not merit such prices, especiallly since it is quite some distance away from the town centre with very limited facilities in the vicinity - i.e. restaurants - that can be used by someone with no transport.
