not a bad site, not a lot to do now the pub and restaurant have closed, the pub to a house and the restaurant to a games room. and you have to use the toilets by the beach when the toilets on the site close for cleaning for two hours . nearest pub and restaurant twenty minute slow walk up the lane, at night you need a torch as there are no lights. the lighting around the site is not so good, could do with more lights.the beach is a five minute walk away .you can walk along the beach into Newquay when the tide is out it takes around forty minutes .

My review on Cei Bach Country Club Touring and Camping Park. We stayed here over Whitsun holiday for 3 nights in a tent. We couldnt get electric hook up but that was because we booked late. This is a lovely site with spectacular views over the sea. Every pitch probably has a sea view. The site is well maintained, with plenty of water taps, so you dont have to walk to far to fill up. It is only a very small site but the location makes it worth staying. The toilets and shower block is adequate but is closed between 12 and 2 pm daily for cleaning. There are no hair dryers, but you can plug your own in. There is also a launderette and 2 good size sinks for washing up. We didn't go in the clubhouse or restaurant so cannot comment on this. There is a very steep walkway down to the beach, which is absolutely lovely - a good mix of shingle, rocks, golden sand and seaweed! and puts this site in a brilliant location, especially if you have kids and dogs (our kids and Cavalier loved it!). From this beach you can walk right around to New Quay harbour and town, which we did. It took us a very steady 3/4 hr. The site is literally only 1 mile away by car from New Quay town through a small back road which is a short cut and avoids the main road. Will definitely go back there some time in the future. That's the positives. On a negative note and not to spoil anything at all, I feel that there could have been more lighting on the site, especially around path going up to the toilets and perhaps the price could have been slightly lower but overall a big 9 out of 10.
