Phoned the practice, and the very friendly receptionist offerred me a choice of appointments, including one the same day.
Arrived, parked directly outside, and was greeted with a warm welcome. I don't like going tp the dentist, But I instantly felt at ease. There was a spacious, waiting area, and I was even offerred a drink.
The dentist was very gentle, and approachable. She also gave me great advice on what not to drink, and how to brush properly. I need to go back to have a small filling done, but she has explained to me what I can expect, so I am not worried.

polite and efficient receptionist
The dentist carried out a detailed examination of my mouth, and explained all the possible options for my treatment. He then carried out a white filling which was completely painless. Even the injection, which I normally dread was painless.
