Whenever i call the surgery i'm left waiting for ages before they pick up, how can it be so busy at 8.30 when it opens. Can never book the day before, never go in on time always 20 plus mins. I appreciate doctors are busy but so are working mums. Also when i've called they have said is it an emergency, well i'd go to Hospital if it was like your supposed to (I thought anyway).

The appointment system does NOT take into account urgently required appointments by people who work, and who work outside of the peacehaven area. Frequently I need an appointment and can't make one for the next day as I have to ring on the day! If I have left Peacehaven before 7am and am in Worthing by 7.30am then how can I ring at 8.30 and get to an early appointment?!?!? It would be much more efficient if I could ring the day before for an early appointment the next day!
