Good Points: Very clean, lovely room, comfortable bed - great setting Bad Points: Foreign staff - unable to explain things to me in English, speak too quickly and too quietly and generally uphelpful. Wanted to charge my card, which I understand is the norm but could explain why. General review: 6/10 - if the staff had communication skills definately 10/10
