Good Points: Nice view from the room. Staff friendly.Good breakfast with plenty of choice.
Bad Points: Cold room and far too small for a family. Overated in terms of cost. No bath.Certainly not a boutique hotel.Music too loud and overbearing. No lounge to relax with family.
General review: Over rated in your description. A long way off target as a boutique hotel but pleasant as a country inn.

Good Points: Setting is superb. The sound of rushing water is uplifting. The breakfasts are fresh, generous and to order.
