Good Points: The room we stayed in was clean, nicely decorated, with many extra's we didn't expect. A hairdryer, iron and ironing board, trouser press, aswell as the advertised beverages and biscuits, also toiletries were a nice extra. Breakfast was superb, with a good choice. The bar was in a type of social club and was very good. We found every member of staff, very friendly, and when we asked about the site, surroundings and more they couldn't be any more helpful. I would stay here again definitely! General review: Brilliant !!

I stayed at this so called 5 star establishment, in their lodges and what a shambles!!! yes they are quite nice lodges but not five star surroundings, the staff are rude and on arriving at the park i found the reception the worst of all. I was more a hinderence than a payingh customer. would not recomend to anyone, the surrounding area is a dangerous building site with open water surrounding, not at all good for children.
