I must admit this is my local pub but it does deserve a mention. Steve and Brid (who run/manage it) are good fun and all the staff are friendly and helpful. Real Ales are looked after and there are always a couple of guest beers on in addition to the Otter and Legend. Food is great and very reasonable priced (all available as take away)- everything from traditional steaks and pies, through pizzas to nachos. Dog and child friendly with a dining room, function room and beer garden - GO VISIT !!
