Good Points: Staff were very good.
Bad Points: Lift out of order. Rooms, and some of the common areas a little shabby. Some poorly behaved guests.
General review: Okay for a few nights stay, but I would not use for a longer stay or for a leisure break.

Good Points: hilton group name, very good rooms
Bad Points: kettle on service tray did not work, tv had no signal a wire was out at rear of tv as a guest at the hotel l do not expect to have to fight for a table for my evening meal others not so lucky they had to looking for another place to eat they like ourselves had children in there party. we had to ask for items during our meal ,bread rolls took 10 mnis to arrive child menu took asking for twice no desert for grand son food not up to normal standards
General review: not at all happy with this visit
