Wentwoth Arms Station Road Elmesthorpe Leicestershire LE9 7SD. Took my Mother and Sister out for meal to the Wentworth as pub now does meals All Day arrived about 4pm on April 4th 2013. Pub was empty appart from waiting staff who was sorting cutlery. sat at table 10 went and odered food radiators on but it was cold as air conditioning was also on which seemed daft as it was very cold outside I ask the staff if they could turn it off but he did not know how. when the food came out on warm plates you then had to hurry up and eat the food so that the food was still warm due it the coldness of the pub. the moral of this story is make sure staff are fulling trained on how to turn off the Air Conditioning for the benefit of its Customers.
