No evening meal as requested, and no hot breakfast, in fact no cooking facilities at all.
Was told that I could order a take-away from the local chinese which was awfull.
Radiator in room was cold and after my complaint was given a fan heater.
Just to cap it all the shower was stone cold and after complaining again had to shower in another room.
Avoid this place like the plague!!

Mmm where to start, great looking hotel on arrival, pretty helpful guy on reception. Staying 1 night got a double bed which was good. Anyway good points over with. First job in room cup of coffee, facilities provided which was nice, plent of coffee sugar etc..... 6 milk portions 4 SOUR!! stayed in room 306 THIS WAS THE NOISIEST ROOM I HAVE EVER STAYED IN. Saw every single hour and can now recognise a juggernaught with my eyes closed. Deciding to shower and leave at about 6.30 (3 hours before I needed to), shower water did not at any point and with no amount of adjusting get hot! Anyway check out explained the noise, explained the shower, explained the milk..... response knowing grin, roll of the eyes and a "Oh Well". Finally the phone spent just under 25 seconds calling a mobile total cost £1.27 paid with £1.40 and low and behold THEY HAD NO CHANGE. Sadly was ideally placed for my future visits and those of my colleagues unfortunately feel VERY VERY let down.
