Awful overnight visit. Put in "staff" bedroom, shared toilet and bath with at least 2 other people - hair in bath and sink, smell of urine throughout. Bedroom had TV that could only get BBC1, no remotes to change. Bed noisy on moving. Staff membrs having conversations outside room at 2300 hrs+. Breakfast extra cost and not available until 0830 hours. Total mess! The place itself is beautiful and should be respected. What a waste!
