Lovely hotel set in very pleasant surroundings. The room we stayed in was one of the more expensive ones, but there were many added touches which made our stay worthwhile.
We had our evening meal in the restaurant and the food was lovely. The breakfast was top notch as well.
We opted for a late checkout the next day and the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating to all our needs.
Overall a very enjoyable experience if a little pricey, but would definitely book it again in the future.

My mother was not impressed with the bouquet of flowers I had ordered for her for Mothers Day which you delivered on the Wednesday after.
She rang you to complain about them as she felt that they were more like funeral flowers.
You did not seem to be in the least bit bothered and the way you dealt with the complaint was appalling.
I regularly send flowers using a local florist and the florist I normally use is no longer in business so I was looking for a new supplier, I thought I had found itin you.
I can say that will not be the case in future.
I welcome your comments.
