Bad Points: The Hotel attempted to charge me £199 rather than the internet booking charge of £144
General review: Disappointed that due to staff not turning up for work our bedroom was not cleared of dirty cups etc after our first night. Again staff shortage meant that the wait for an evening meal on the Thursday was 45 minutes.
