Upon using this cab company it was fine, however as soon as me and my Friend entered the cab we knew there was trouble about to start. The driver was in a foul mood but dropped us at out separate chosen destinations. He then billed my friend £20 at the end of the journey when it was not £20 worth of travel. When he refused to pay, I received an abusive phone call from the cab company (I was oblivious to what was going on at the final destination as I had gotten out of the cab at an earlier stop). The manager was abusing me down the phone although I remained calm & threatened me with the police. He then cut the phone call off. When I called back, and tried to arrange a phone call to discuss the issues that arose he was disinterested and hung up once again. Do not use this cab company... Use Chariot cars... I have never had a bad service from chariots and have certainly never been verbally abused by them.
