Four seasons done all the flowers for my Wedding which we had at the Falcon Hotel, we are from Chippenham in Wiltshire and the owner and the shop staff done everything to make my day special, and to get the right flowers and design for the day.

I am very saddened to read the uncalled for comments. I use this florist at least 3 times a week, the staff are All very friendly, the owner is a wonderful lady. Their displays and flowers are all first class and there is always more than enough stock. They are a very professional team. Keep up the good work girls!!!

Have to disagree with above comments, found all staff more than helpful. I was able to buy what I wanted and order for the following friday,and well stocked shop.louise

Was totally disgusted by the lack of flowers, the rudeness of the owner and the sheer poor customer service. will never use this shop again have been a loyal customer for many years
