Well I have used John for quite a few trips but today I arrived at the airport of a BA flight I had booked him and confirmed last Thursday and nothing, he was not there and no message on my phone, when I got through he made an excuse they it was mothers day.
Sorry but I booked a cab for a set time and Ashfield accepted the booking why not tell the customer?
The most annoying thing was when we first came out there were 4 or 5 taxis there on the rank but tthe time I rang John, they had all gone so were had to wait another 15 mins.
THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO KEEP CUSTOMERS
If he had just texted, a sorry biput can't make it, I would not of minded and just got the rank taxi's when we first came out
Not impressed.
