During our three day break we found all aspects of the hotel to be excellent. The reception staff were friendly and helpfull and the service from all staff was fist class, particularly the Brazilian lady who serviced our 2nd floor. The room (56) was very comfortable and clean and was generally of a high standard. The 2nd floor accommodation has no lift but the stairs kept us fit !! Service at breakfast was excellent and very relaxing with a wonderful river view. The location is perfect with shops and restaurants in a close proximity with interesting walks along the river bank. We would definitely stay again and would recommend this hotel.

Good Points: Very clean and nicely decorated room. Bad Points: Lounge area in process of being redecorated, they need to complete this as soon as possible as it affects the character to the lounge and bar area. Parking also a bit of a problem. General review: Attentive staff. Clean and airy rooms.
