Good Points: Clean, pleasant location, efficient staff and good breakfast
Bad Points: Road noise from the A23 was intrusive.
General review: Hotel was fine for the money. Breakfast was particularly good.

Good Points: Excellent staff - very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Lovely setting (but sadly didn't have time to enjoy). Quiet setting
Bad Points: Not enough tea bags or coffee satchets.

Good Points: Friendly staff, beautiful countryside, convenient location
Bad Points: Rooms were quite basic but very clean with nice beds ...rest of the hotel ok perhaps a tad dated
General Review: Very convenient, beautiful setting and generally very pleasant. good value for money certainly.
