This dream of England, a seventeenth century watermill set on the bank of the River Mel, is now transformed into a small luxury hotel with a modern, cutting-edge Brasserie restaurant. Celebrity chef Steven Saunders has devised a delicious International menu, featuring dishes like mozzarella grilled lobster or pesto chicken with pappardelle, wild mushrooms and parmesan. Many of the veg and herbs are organically grown on the property. In this idyllic setting with fantastic views over the river and live music, lunches and dinners are relaxed, colourful, informal.
