Situated in the picturesque village of Horning, Heron Cottage occupies an enviable position at the head of a quiet side-dyke with uninterrupted views of the River Bure.

The property has a master bedroom with king size bed and balcony with superb views of the main river. A further double bedroom and family bathroom with wc are located on the first floor. The ground floor consists of a twin bedded room, shower room with wc, kitchen/diner and lounge. The fully fitted kitchen boasts integrated washer/dryer, dishwasher and ‘fridge/freezer, microwave, built in oven and ceramic hob.

A 28” widescreen colour television, dvd, video and portable radio/cassette players are all to be found in the comfortable lounge which has french doors leading out onto a large sundeck at the water’s edge. Patio furniture, sun loungers and a rowing dinghy are also provided. Outside there is on site parking for two cars.
