Collections description. Includes social history, archaeological and geological material from the Borough of Kettering. Strong social history collections reflect the boot and shoe history of the town. Items not on display are kept in the museum's offsite store, and specific objects in storage can be viewed by prior arrangement.

Key artists and exhibits. Victorian costumes, 'Robinson car', Samian Ware, Roman Lead Font, Numismatics, Civil War armour, Anglo-Saxon Cremation Urns.
