Built in the 1860's this detached Victorian town house once an ellegant family home offers 16 spacious en-suite bedrooms and with ample free secure parking the hotel makes an ideal base for those on business or enjoying a leisurly city break. Overlooking Leith Links a championship golf course in the 1500's and home to Cromwell's New Model Army when the Iron Duke "visited" the city in the seventeenth century the hotel is five to ten minutes drive from the city centre on an excellent bus route giving easy access to all of Edinburgh's famous attractions. Exciting new developments in the old Port o' Leith provide many new and exciting bars and restaurants nearby the hotel as well as the former Royal Yacht Britannia berthed at Ocean Terminal a modern cinema and shopping complex.(Continental breakfast served Mon- Fri 7-8.30am,Sat- Sun 8-9.30am.
