An exceptional, 5 Star, grade II listed sandstone country cottage, set in 6 acres of private landscaped gardens and pastureland and perfectly located for all Derbyshire has to offer.
Ancient oak beamed ceilings, timber and stone walls, inglenook fireplaces with cosy wood burners, and pretty leaded/stone mullioned windows add to the charm of our beautiful cottage.
There are 5 bedrooms, 1 twin and 1 double and 3 family, sleeping 14 + 2 cots. Two bedrooms have LCD TVs. Hairdryers in all rooms. The cottage has 1 en suite shower room, 1 master bathroom with bath & shower cubicle and 3 WC. The lounge and dining rooms are separate with TV, video, CD player and telephone. Heavily beamed ceilings give character to these lovely rooms. High chair provided.
A delightful farmhouse kitchen is well equipped with Halogen cooker, microwave, auto washer, tumble drier, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.
Hillside Croft is furnished in antique old pine furniture, with luxurious coordinated furnishings throughout. Garden shed for cycle storage.
Teak patio furniture, BBQ and Chimera are provided. Full central heating, electricity, towels and linen are included.

Billy's Bothy
A beautifully restored historic Derbyshire self-catering cottage, adapted from a previous worker's cottage and bothy. It is located within 10 acres of private pastureland in a quiet and peaceful rural setting in the grounds of our grade II listed historic farmhouse 2 miles from the pretty market town of Ashbourne.
This lovely cottage has 2 downstairs double en-suite bedrooms and 1 twin bedded en-suite bedroom. There are also 2 upstairs double en-suite bedrooms. The lounge has a double bed settee and cots and two single bedchairs are provided for those extra guests, giving the option to sleep 10 + 4 + cots. Option of 6th twin en suite bedroom at extra cost. The Bothy has a beautiful large character lounge with beams, glass gable opening onto patio and orchards and cosy wood burning stove. A large dining area and well equipped galleried kitchen with pine and granite units.
TV, video, DVD, CD & Tape player are provided. Electric halogen cooker, microwave, auto washer, tumble drier, fridge freezer. Hair dryers. High chair and cots. Cycle storage and hire.
