Originally a Victorian Granary, the building has now been sympathetically converted into self contained cottages. They are extremely spacious and have been tastefully furnished to a high degree of comfort. They have electric central heating throughout. Each self-catering cottage consists of a double and twin bedroom and a bathroom upstairs while downstairs is of an open plan design with kitchen, dining and sitting areas. The bathrooms contain a WC, basin and bath with shower over. There is a heated towel rail and electric shaver point. The kitchens are new, and fully fitted with everything you may need for your stay. The bed and breakfast units are self contained, with their own kitchen, sitting room and shower room with basin and WC.

Outside there is ample car parking adjacent to the cottages and a large communal garden with comfortable garden furniture and a barbeque for guests' use. There is excellent walking both on the farm and on surrounding footpaths.

There are a wide choice of places to eat in surrounding villages. For shopping there is the medieval village of Thaxted, or the old market town of Great Dunmow.

Long term parking is available and transport to the airport can be arranged on guests behalf. It is also possible for your shopping to be obtained and unpacked in your kitchen, for which a small charge will be levied. Linen and towels are supplied, with a weekly change and surface clean.
