Greencuisine has evolved from the inspired teaching of award winning chef and nutritionist Daphne Lambert. At Penrhos Court, an old Herefordshire manor farm on the Welsh borders. Daphne Lambert runs Greencuisine organic Food & Health, residential, cookery courses. She believes we are what we eat, and that when organically grown food comes from the land around us it gives us as sense of true well-being.
