Penparc cottage was constructed between 1905 and 1911 and is built in a distinctive style. Originally it was two cottages with walls of snecked masonry of local stone and a hipped terracotta roof. The cottage offers fine views across a valley and into Dinefwr park, where you can enjoy the 18th-century designed landscape.

Kitchen/dining room, sitting room with wood-burning stove, single bedroom, shower room and utility room.
Upstairs
Four bedrooms (2 doubles with 5' beds both with en-suite shower rooms, 2 twins) and bathroom.
Visitor Notes
Oil central heating included. There are gardens to the front and rear and driveway with ample parking available for four cars.
