Eastwick Park Medical Practice www.eastwickpark.co.uk is a small
friendly NHS medical practice in the village of Bookham near Leatherhead in
Surrey. Our GPs and nurses deliver a very high standard of medical care to
our practice population of 6000 patients.
We believe that it is possible to give our patients high quality of care
whilst still retaining a personal and considerate service which we feel is
so important. In short we aim to be the kind of practice we would want our
families to go to.
