Mark and Gill Johannsen brought this lovely pre-georgian property residing in over 40 acres of pasture land in the spring of 2006. Restoration and modernisation has been carried out sympathetically to the highest standard. This beautiful house with original beams and features is full of character. Rhandregynwen Hall is now a luxurious comfortable home. Mark and Gill wish to open their home to visitors to the area. There is something for everyone staying at Rhandregynwen, visitors can enjoy tranquility and recharge their batteries, or participate in an extensive variety of activities. Rhandregynwen has ample parking. Visitors travelling by other means can be accommodated by the courtesy car pickup service. Fishing - We have recently acquired 1000m of he river Vernwy adjoining the property. Currently we have not acquired the fishing rights however permits can be arranged. Canoeing - There are various places you can launch onto the Vernwy, alternatively Llangollen is only a short distance away with a varied conoeing and kayaking opportunities. Riding - We have our own riding school on site. If you are competing or wish to ride in this area and need stabling please contact Gill for more details. It is intended that hunter hirelings will be available to hunt with the local hounds 2008/9 season. Walking - Extensive; Offas dyke is a short distance away, as is Long Mountain and Rodney's Pillar. Shooting - Various local shoots operate in the area please contact us for more details. Golf - Many local courses including Llanymynech where Ian Woosenham played prior to world fame, he can still be seen there occasionally Motor Racing - Loton Park Hill Climb is only about 10 minutes away. Climbing - Llangollen is a short distance away .
