Folkestone is the only racecourse in Kent, and hosts both Flat and National Hunt racing, with meetings taking place in every month of the year.

The course is situated in the shadow of the South Downs at Westenhanger, about five miles from the town of Folkestone.

The racecourse boasts over twenty meetings, and the main focus for the year is the United Hunts meeting, which takes place on Wednesday 22 2002, an evening meeting which promises to offer a thrilling and action packed event.
