The majority of our customers are contractors working for local businesses or people with early flights from East Midlands Airport which is located just 2 miles away. Our prices are on a room only basis due to our regular demand. We provide cooking facilities on each of our 3 floors for your own use. Each of our rooms offer en suite shower, colour tv, heating, towels and tea and coffee making facilities. There is a spacious car park at the rear. We are located just minutes away from East Midlands Airport, East Midlands Parkway, M1 and A42. We can also offer a special weekly rate. We can also offer long or short car parking stays.
