We offer classes in capoeira, which is a Brazilian martial art that
combines self defence, dance and music. It gives you a complete body workout, improving stamina, strengths and flexibility!!!
Classes are in Fleet on Wednesdays at 7pm in Fitness First, 1st Floor, Harts Shopping Centre, Fleet and in Camberley on Thursdays at 7:30pm in Fitness First, Mitcham Road, Camberley. Beginner, intermediate and advanced people
