The syllabus follows Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do philosophy and consists of material that is integrated from Jun Fan Gung Fu, Kali, Escrima, Thai boxing, Kick boxing, boxing, various Filipino and grappling arts. All ranges of fighting, including weapons are covered.
