Meysey Hampton is a pretty village in the county of Gloucester, perfectly positioned in the Cotswold hills and near to the border of Wiltshire. The village has attractive honey coloured stone cottages and houses surrounding the village green, which also boasts an impressive 17th Century Inn, and water pump. Close by is the picturesque 13th Century church that's dedicated to St Mary whose impressive architecture forges a link with the past. This pleasing Cotswold village has shops for that essential purchase, and is set within a picturesque location which will tempt walkers out into the beautiful surrounding countryside.
